SKIP TRACING

 

One of the most discouraging things about having a judgment is not knowing where your debtor is. Skiptracing is the art of locating a debtor who has disappeared or skipped from his last address to evade financial obligations. The missing debtor is the skip and the tracing is the investigation to locate him. Skips will resort to all kinds of shenanigans to avoid detection. Skips tend to live without a home phone and use only a cell phone or even just a prepaid phone card. Skips will utilize P. O. Boxes and mail-drop service. Skips will coach friends and family to provide misleading information to those who seek him. The list of dirty tricks is endless. HOW DO I GET STARTED?

 

First, simply call Balis Judgment Enforcers at (858) 206-1992 for a FREE analysis of your claim or judgment. After we accept your case, we will prepare all the necessary documents for your signature. Generally, we can process everything through the mail or by fax. We will need a copy of your supporting documents for a claim or your judgment and proof of service. Also, choose the appropriate retainer agreement, sign two (2) copies and submit to us with your documents. After we receive your cost deposit* and retainer fee, if any, we will return a signed copy of the retainer agreement to you. It is that easy!
